We cloud-host the Windows business software you already run, from field service to legal to ERP to contractor and vertical apps, so your team gets anywhere access, automated backups, and US-based support without rebuilding a thing.
The Problem
The application your team relies on every day isn't the problem. Everything sitting underneath it is: the aging server, the patching, the backup script nobody trusts, the consultant who hasn't returned a call since March.
Aging on-prem hardware, surprise reboots, weekend recovery work, and a UPS that everyone's afraid to test.
Patching, backups, VPNs, security audits, license renewals. None of it is your business model, but it eats the budget anyway.
Rebuilding ten years of workflows in a new SaaS platform costs more than it returns. Don't force it. Stage it.
How It Works
No 12-week onboarding plans. No consultants quoting you a third migration. A discovery call, a compatibility check, an environment, and your users sign in.
15 min
We map your app, users, integrations, and data. You'll know if we're a fit before the call ends.
Hour 0 to 4
Engineers confirm published-app support, licensing path, and the integration surface around your software.
Hour 4 to 24
Azure tenant, Parallels RAS workspace, MFA, automated backups, all stood up in parallel while data is migrated.
Under 48 hrs
Users sign in. We monitor. You stop thinking about infrastructure and get back to running the business.
What We Host
Vertical line-of-business apps, legacy multi-user systems, and the Windows desktop tools that keep small and mid-sized companies running. If it runs on Windows and serves more than one user, we've probably hosted it.
ServMan, Successware, FieldEdge, Service Fusion legacy installs.
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, roofing platforms.
Tabs3, PCLaw, ProLaw, time-and-billing and case management.
Dentrix, Eaglesoft, practice management and EMR/EHR shells.
Sage Estimating, Timberline, Bluebeam, ProEst legacy installs.
E2, JobBOSS, Global Shop, older Epicor and SYSPRO installs.
Yardi Genesis, Rent Manager, AppFolio desktop pairings, self-storage.
Applied EPIC, AMS360, HawkSoft, Newton agency systems.
QuickBooks Desktop, Sage 50/100/300, Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax.
Act!, QuoteWerks, Zoho desktop integrations and pipelines.
Auto shop (Mitchell1), agriculture/farm, self-storage, anything Windows.
For Software Vendors
Your customers ask for cloud. Your roadmap doesn't have a year of Azure engineering on it. We're the partner you white-label or co-brand to deliver hosted access without becoming a hosting company yourself.
Your customers stay yours. We handle the hosting handoff, data migration, user provisioning, and ongoing infrastructure, while your account team focuses on the relationship.
Per-user economics that scale with you, not against you. No surprise commitment tiers, no platform fees disguised as "growth pricing." Quoted per environment.
Co-branded portals, custom workspace logos, sign-in experiences that read as yours. We're the engine room, not the storefront.
Why CloudTopSaaS
We're not the biggest hosting platform. We're the one whose engineers can sit on your discovery call Monday and have a co-branded environment running for your first customer by the end of the week.
Founded by Jon Klubnik, former NASA Mission Control engineer. 500+ businesses onboarded through CloudTop Office, our parent brand.
Your tickets are answered by the people who provisioned your tenant. No tier-one script readers, no time-zone dance for a database restart.
Microsoft Hosting Provider Program partner. RAS published applications mean users see your software, not a full virtual desktop. Faster, cheaper, simpler.
Every environment scoped to your app, your user count, your integration surface. No upsells for things you don't need. No "starter" tier built to push you up.
The 48-Hour Promise
Here's the typical timeline for a single-app environment. Complex multi-database, multi-vendor setups take longer, but most don't. We tell you which one yours is on the discovery call.
Hour 0
We map app, users, integrations, data sources, and authentication. You get a written compatibility summary the same day.
Hour 4
Licensing path signed off. Parallels RAS publishing approach scoped. Engineering plan handed off internally.
Hour 12
Azure tenant provisioned, RAS workspace stood up, MFA enforced, daily backup policy live, monitoring agents reporting.
Hour 24
Production database loaded, integrity verified, integrations reconnected, user accounts provisioned with appropriate roles.
Hour 36
Real workflows, real data, supervised by our engineers. Edge cases caught in pre-production. Print, scan, signature pads, integrations all verified.
Hour 48
Old environment retired on your schedule. New normal: anywhere access, automated backups, US-based engineer one call away.
A note on complex environments. Multi-database installs, custom-coded integrations, or licensing models requiring vendor coordination can extend the timeline. We tell you exactly which case you're in before any work begins. Most environments are not the exception.
Security & Infrastructure
The same security posture Microsoft uses for its own services, inherited, configured for line-of-business workloads, and monitored by people who do this every day.
A note on certifications: we inherit Azure's SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, ISO 27017/27018, and similar attestations. We don't claim HIPAA or PCI-DSS certification on our own behalf. If your workload requires those, we'll architect against the relevant controls and walk through the shared-responsibility model with you in detail.
East US and Central US by default. Data residency on request.
Multi-factor authentication enforced on every user, every login.
Users see your application, not the OS underneath. Smaller surface area, less risk.
Rolling retention windows. Point-in-time restore tested, not promised.
Managed-disk encryption end-to-end. No plaintext database, ever.
Backed by Azure availability sets and active health monitoring.
FAQ
Most single-app, single-database environments are live in under 48 hours from discovery call to user sign-in. Multi-app, multi-database setups with custom integrations take longer, and we tell you exactly which one you have on the call. We don't promise speed we can't deliver.
The list on this page is illustrative, not exhaustive. We host effectively any Windows shared-multi-user application, including ones we've never seen before. If something genuinely won't work, we'll tell you on day one, not after a deposit.
No. In most cases you bring your existing licenses (BYOL). We work with your software vendor to confirm the hosting path. Some require a hosting addendum, some don't. We've done this for hundreds of installs and know the conversation.
QuickBooks add-ons, QuoteWerks integrations, Act! plugins, Avalara connectors, document management, signature pads, label printers, line-of-business scanners: all standard. We confirm the integration surface during the discovery call.
You do. Always. Your data is yours. We're stewards of the infrastructure, not the data. We provide export tools and exit assistance contractually, and we'd rather you leave well than stay reluctantly.
We'll help. We see ourselves as a low-effort, high-impact stepping stone: keep what works today, migrate later if and when the math makes sense. When you're ready, we'll consult on data export, migration sequencing, and the change management. No lock-in by design.
Fifteen minutes. A real engineer, not a sales script. You'll leave the call knowing whether we can host your software, what it would cost, and how long it would take.
